At Narita Manufacturing, you can take part in large-scale manufacturing — such as developing Shinkansen parts — and feel concrete pride in contributing to society.

To ensure a comfortable workplace where employees can feel psychologically safe and would want to work for a long time, employees are entitled to full two-day weekends (Saturdays and Sundays off) with 121 days off per year. The average hours of overtime work is about 20 hours. There are no transfers and weekend work is generally not required, so you can enjoy both work and private life.
