October 1938 Narita Mfg., Ltd. founded in Showa-Ward, Nagoya
Started production of rail car parts
August 1945 Moved to Mizuho-Ward, Nagoya
April 1958 Constructed Head Office and Head Office Plant at Atsuta-Ward, Nagoya
November 1959 Started production of automobile parts and electrical machinery parts
December 1959 Constructed Mito Plant at Toyokawa City, Aichi Prefecture (first phase construction)
June 1965 Opened Tokyo Office in Chiyoda-Ward, Tokyo
October 1965 Completed second phase construction of Mito Plant
December 1976 Expanded Head Office Plant building and warehouse
November 1979 Received award from the Aichi prefectural governor for new product development and quality improvements
December 1982 Completed third phase construction of Mito Plant
March 1983 Expanded land of Head Office Plant
April 1985 Developed new type of rail car gangway for overseas
April 1988 Opened Kobe Office in Chuo-Ward, Kobe
April 1989 Opened Minami Plant in Minami-Ward, Nagoya, and started renovation of Head Office Plant
September 1990 Constructed new building at Head Office Plant
September 1992 Entered technical partnership with Woojin OHM Co., Ltd. in South Korea for the manufacturing of rail car doors
September 1997 Constructed Alumite Plant at Mito Factory
April 2000 Established Chinese joint corporation called Tangshan Narita Railway Products Co. Ltd.
